Our ‘Standard’ package includes 24/7 monitoring, phone & email support, remote support and an onsite technician response time. We also manage your anti-virus, your email setup, backup data regularly and can remote access any device at your business to sort problems immediately.

Super IT Solutions will do its very best to get out to you the same day of booking (at no extra charge). We always aim for same day service for critical requests like cloud backups or data recovery, however, on rare occasions it may have to be the next day.
The length of the booking will vary depending on the quantity and severity of the work. We aim to have you back up and running within the hour, with the maximum data recovery possible however sometimes its just not possible. After Super IT Solutions comes out and assesses the situation a more accurate calculation can be given.
Yes, absolutely. Super IT Solutions will make every effort to find a solution for your IT problem, however if we cannot provide a solution, we will not charge you for our services*. However, if Super IT Solutions diagnoses your problem & is able to offer a solution, but you decline to accept their advice, you will still be charged for our service.
