What do onsite computer repair services mean?
Onsite computer repairs mean exactly that. We come onsite to your home or office to repair, replace or upgrade and install the latest and greatest in technology.
Our SuperTechs are specialized in a range of areas, including computer and laptop repairs, virus removal, replacement of laptop screens and keyboards, and backing up and transferring data, just to name a few.
Our SuperTechs keep you informed every step of the way and can generally advise you how long the process will take so that you can get back to your day.
Do I need to sit with the SuperTech while he works?
That is entirely up to you. If you have other things that need attending to, you can leave your SuperTech to carry out the onsite computer repair or service autonomously. The SuperTech will ask for any credentials required prior to commencing work, however if you don’t feel comfortable with that, they will ask you to input them if or when required.
When does offsite computer repair happen?
Sometimes the repair or service may be more complex than initially thought. When this happens the SuperTech will give you the option to either continue to complete the works on site, or they will suggest they can take the computer or laptop offsite, to their workshop to complete the repair.
This is the preferred option when items such as a reinstall or upgrade are required and can take upwards of a few hours.
The SuperTech will also outline what is required and there will be an agreed-upon charge for the service upon return. The SuperTech will then take the system away to the workshop, complete the service and rebook a time to drop it back to you, ready to go.

Once the quote has been accepted by the business, some on-site configurations may be required, however, a lot of it can be done offsite.
