Super IT Solutions Offsite Warranty Terms & Conditions

This is the Super IT Solutions 3 year warranty. Unless otherwise stated all Desktop computers have a 3 Year Warranty* on all components.

What this means is that should any component fail during this 3 year period you may have that part replaced and will not be charged for the replacement part.

Should a product fail within the above warranty period, the customer must contact the Super IT Solutions call centre on 13 TOBOOK (13 8626).

If you are within a Super IT Solutions serviced area and would prefer a Super IT Solutions technician to come to your home or office and pick up the computer or change the faulty component, you will be charged at the regular Super IT Solutions rates under this warranty.

Warranty for the first 12 months (onsite pickup & return)

Super IT Solutions will organise for pickup from any major Australian City or Town, transporting and returning the product to and from Super IT Solutions with proof of purchase in the form of a copy of tax invoice, including date of purchase within the product Warranty period.

Warranty claim within 12 months:

  1. Locate your tax invoice.
  2. Place a call to 138626 and request a Warranty Return to Manufacturers Authority (RMA), upon confirmation you will receive the RMA number.
  3. Place a copy of the tax invoice inside an envelope and write the RMA number on the outside of the envelope.
  4. Attach the envelope to the top of your computer with your current address and details.
  5. Package the computer in original box or suitable packaging and seal for courier to collect.

Warranty outside first 12 months till month 36.

You are required, at your expense, to transport the computer to the repairer.

  1. Locate your tax invoice.
  2. Place a call to 138626 and request a Warranty Return to Manufacturers Authority (RMA), upon confirmation you will receive the RMA number.
  3. Place a copy of the tax invoice inside an envelope and write the RMA number on the outside of the envelope.
  4. Attach the envelope to the top of your computer with your current address and details.
  5. Package the computer in original box or suitable packaging and arrange your own courier to deliver to the address provided by the Super IT Solutions call centre.

*This warranty only covers manufacturer’s faults.

It does not cover cleaning, normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse, improper installation or operation, acts of God, including but not limited to lightning flood earthquake and fire, power surge without Thor Technologies surge protection, computer viruses or infections, foreign matter entering the product such as liquid, moisture, insects or dirt or any damage caused from service, maintenance, modification or tampering by anyone other than Super IT Solutions’ authorised repairer.**

Operation of the product in excess of the specifications or intended purpose, use on electrical voltages other than those shown on the rating plate, or use with the serial number or rate label removed, shall be deemed abuse and all repairs thereafter shall be the sole liability of the customer.

Should your hard drive fail:

This Warranty will cover the reinstall of the operating system and system drivers as per licence COA affixed to the system. Note: No user data or software will be recovered, transferred or reinstalled or configured.

** If upon inspection / testing of your system it is deemed not a manufacturers fault, you will be charged for cost of parts and labour at Super IT Solutions’ standard rates.

This Warranty does not cover a Super IT Solutions technician to come to your home or office and replace the faulty part.

If you do not understand what you are accepting please speak to your Super IT Solutions technician now.

Failure to submit your acceptance of Super IT Solutions’ Warranty conditions will void your Warranty.
