Last week we setup a live stream to speak directly with our customers and fans.
Ustream – a broadcasting system that offers live feeds – is something SuperGeek started late last year.
We find that engaging directly with our audience via Ustream adds that little extra personality to our SuperGeek brand.
SuperGeek Chris was kind enough to offer his services last week and he did a fantastic job.
SuperGeek currently has in place a Facebook page, Twitter feed and YouTube channel but the beauty with Ustream it that it allows us to answer questions on computers instantly and, as mentioned, provide an identity to the brand.
Last Friday went really well, and allowed our fans from our Twitter and Facebook pages a chance to interact.
During the stream many questions were asked regarding software protection, latest virus protection and what SuperGeek offers as a service.
It was also great to hear that during the live feed, one of our Supergeeks on the road was with a client at the time and by simply showing the live feed, the client had no hesitation in purchasing a side product discussed at the time of the stream.
Providing this instant connection is something SuperGeek want to offer on a regular basis and we can’t wait to chat again soon.
